Rubio & Walker Deny Climate Change

In separate speeches today two trailing Republican Presidential contenders dismissed the idea of climate change as a foreign policy issue. Ignoring science is routine for conservative Republicans and I suppose it's natural enough for the barely-educated governor of a landlocked state to blow off the dangers the USA will face in coming decades.

But Senator Rubio of Florida? Wouldn't it be horribly ironic if President Rubio was challenged to get a future Democratic Congress to fund levees for Miami?
